Matt Vriesema

President, Creative Director

Matt Vriesema brings years of political, design and communication experience to every project and campaign. As former Communications Director to Chief Deputy Whip Congressman Peter Roskam (R-IL), Matt has worked on some of the nation’s most high-profile races including Roskam’s 2006 victory over Tammy Duckworth. Over the last decade, Matt has designed and delivered more than 35 million pieces of mail across the country earning numerous gold, silver and bronze "Pollie" awards from the American Association of Political Consultants. Matt is a graduate of Illinois State University, with a degree in communication and political science.

Dean Thompson

Dean Thompson is a veteran strategist and political operative, notching wins in some of the country’s most high-profile elections. He has served as campaign manager and senior advisor on races at the national, state, and local levels, as well as chief of staff to two senior members of Congress. Dean is graduate and former class Valedictorian of Georgetown University.

Technical Director

Todd Vriesema

As Technical Director for Four Winds, Todd is responsible for the innovation and development of all digital and technical solutions provided by Four Winds. Todd served as the lead Technical Manager for the redevelopment of the highly prestigious WhiteHouse.gov, and the Office of Management and Budget. Prior to working with Four Winds, he was a Senior Developer and Technical Lead with Americaneagle.com.
